Aunty lost her fight with cancer today. We echo the sentiment of the many that had the fortune to know this incredible person, mother, wife and friend. Our prayers go out to her family and we take solace in that she is no longer suffering.

Personally, we are heartbroken and hope that time will help fill this great void in our hearts. Aunty we miss you terribly and cherish the fond memories and happiness that you brought to our lives.

Sarina is born!

On January 13, 2009 at 6.37 am we welcomed our daughter, Sarina Kamal Ali. She weighed 6lbs 13 ounces and was 18.5 inches long. The nine months of anticipation and excitement to hold her in our arms finally happened this past Tuesday. We are thrilled to have our new little daughter in our lives and her big brother Rayyan and sister Aleena are equally excited and showering her with kisses and affection.

On July 29th, 2007 at 3.37 pm we welcomed our daughter, Aleena Kamal Ali. She weighed 6lbs 10 ounces and was 18.5 inches long. We have our little Prince and now we're thrilled to announce that inshallah we'll be blessed with a little Princess. We had the ultrasound on March 12th and were overjoyed to see her active and moving around in
Mama's tummy.

Still on track for an August 3rd due date, we are counting
the days to when we can hold her. Just like her
brother, she is already kicking up a storm. Without a doubt, she will be daddy's little girl and my little angel and we can't wait to welcome her into our little world and our lives.

We can't be happier to share the news with you...that we will be adding a new lil' one to our family!

7 months more to go and counting each day...We're really excited and can't wait till our baby arrives! It feels like just yesterday, our little Rayyan was born, and now he's already a toddler.

We decided to brush off the dust on thealis.com and give it a new look....This is our way of making sure that you can stay updated on what we are doing and what is happening in our lives!
