We are looking forward to seeing you all on Saturday at the baby shower but just wanted to send you a quick update on the parking situation at the venue.
Included with the invite was a directions card that says you can park on Carlson Street (behind the clubhouse) - PLEASE DO NOT PARK ON THIS STREET. There are new hrules which don't allow visitor parking on that street - instead you have 3 other options:
1. There are 4 parking areas at Toscana, each of which has visitor parking spots, around the Toscana Apt. complex, but these are few and far between and it would have to be your lucky day to get parking in one of those visitor spots.
2. Park at the underground lot, Jamboree Promenade (in the strip mall that has the Daily Grill across from Toscana) and walk across to the Toscana Apartment Complex and the club house - it's a little bit of a walk - hopefully you guys will consider it good exercise on a nice, sunny California afternoon :)
3. Park on the basement or 5th floor of the parking structure for another adjacent apt. complex called, WATERMARK, which is reserved for visitor parking but indicates for guests of residents at the Watermark. This structure however, is right across the Toscana clubhouse and therefore more convenient but is actually meant only for Watermark Residents' Guests - so park at your own risk but most likely it should be fine.
We are so sorry for any inconvenience parking may cause but we were just made aware of this new rule regarding street parking or lack thereof and therefore wanted to let you all know - we want you to leave with fun memories of the shower not a parking ticket or a towed car so please make sure you park at one of the above options.
