The Grahmanns and Haacks have a really rich history. The stories of our relatives are incredible - stories of hardships and war and love and triumph...the family we have is amazing.
Ed and June Haack
Ryan's grandparents (Dad's side)
Ed and June had 10 kids, including Ryan's Dad, Calvin. June passed away on July 7th, 1991. Ed is now remarried to Mary, who was his long-time friend.
Grandma Alt
Ryan's Grandmother (Mom's side)
Grandma Alt is in her 80s now, and she had 12 children. She is an incredible woman of love and strength.
Priscilla and Alex White
Julie's Grandparents (Mom's side)
Priscilla was 1 of 8 kids in her family, and one of the funniest and toughest New Jersey women you would ever meet. Al died in the early 80s, and Julie didn't really know him well, and Priscilla just died in 2004. She was an incredible woman and we miss her terribly.
Frank and Paula Grahmann
Julie's Grandparents (Dad's side)
Both Frank and Paula died in the late 80s, but they were very special people in Julie's life. They were true Germans, both coming to America when they were young and making a wonderful home for Julie's dad. There are a lot of fond memories of spending holidays in their cute apartment above the "Grahmann Giftshop" in Fords, NJ.
Calvin and Donna Haack
Ryan's Dad and Step-mom
Karen Praksti
Ryan's Mom
Robert and Patricia Grahmann
Julie's parents
Linda White and Garret Scott
Julie's Aunt and Step-Uncle
Auntie Linda has lived in the South for most of Julie's life, but this summer (2004), she drove her brand new Mercedes over to visit us and the family in Madison. It was great time to reunite and reminisce, and we are happy that she's a bigger part of Sam's life now.
Nick, Lauren, Eddie
Ryan's Step-siblings and Half-brother (Mom's side)
