Well I just got March's pictures uploaded - sorry about that. I'm amazed at how little I get down outside of "Gideon stuff" everyday. I did however get all my spring cleaning done this weekend thanks to the help of my incredible awesome husband. Gideon is such a blessing though. He can entertain himself for longer periods of time now and he is more interactive with his toys. He has definitely gotten more verbal. Be sure to check out the new sound bites on put on here.

Oh, and I almost forgot - He's a whopping 16 pounds now!! (according to our unofficial weighing methods)

Hello everyone. I hope you enjoy the new pictures I put up. I realized that I hardly have any pictures of Gideon and I - they're all pictures of G and his daddy. I'll try to fix that for next month.

Gideon is sleeping well these days. 5 hours a night is normal and a couple times a week we get lucky and get 6-8 hours. He's very "healthy" as you can tell from the photos. We've stopped calling him chunky 'cause we don't want to give him a complex. He is talking and smiling and interacting so much more these days. It is so precious and my heart feels at times that its going to burst. I LOVE BEING A MOM!!! Of course there are still trying times but God has been teaching me a lot =)

We love all you guys and so much appreciate all the support you give and especially your prayers.

Wow! It's amazing how fast time flies. My little baby is already 6 weeks old! He is so chunky now its cute. He is already developing his own voice - through coos and grunts and sometimes smiles.

I've added some more pictures and I'm trying to add a couple videos so be sure to check those out. I might add a couple fun games as well to help you waste some time =)

As you already know before you get to this page, We have had Gideon. I have had good intentions of getting this site up to date and I believe I have the photos current. You'll have to be patient with me on all the stories and journals =)

Either way - I'M READY. Baby Gideon is quite content even if I think he's way to crowded in there (which is a nice way of saying HE'S HUGE). Doc thinks I'll be at least another week though . . . . .sigh . . . .

No news yet . . . I was on bed rest last week because of swelling but everything is back under control. I just can't be "on the go" 24/7 like I'm used - which drives me crazy. I can get about 1/2 a day in before I have to take a nap and give my feet a rest. I hope to have news that's a little more interesting here soon!

No L&D; activity yet but that's okay 'cause Gideon still has a couple more weeks to cook before he's ready to come out.

We did find out that he is approximately 6 lbs. 6 oz !!! The average weight gain is about a 1/2 pound a week from here on out so he could end upb being around an 8 pound baby.
