THANK YOU to everyone for your generosity! We have so many outfits for Sophie that we’re going to make her wear 0-6 month clothing for the first 10 years of her life! We absolutely love the clothing everyone has purchased, but no longer need sizes Newborn to 6 months. If you’d still like to purchase clothing for Sophie, please make sure you buy something for her to wear after size 6 or 12 months. Thank you!!!

We really like the look and feel of the pastel Pottery Barn items.

We love the plush toys and wooden toys from babystyle.com because they are safe for the baby and aren't made out of plastic. We also like that they are softer colors and also educational. Some of the other items here are the baby essentials and some stuffed animals we just couldn't pass up adding to the registry such as Lulu the lamb.

Amazon

We decided to register at Amazon because we'd love to get some books, DVDs and CDs for the baby. We have a HUGE selection on the registry, but we'd also enjoy reading the favorites of your childhood to the baby.

Babies R Us

We wanted to register for our "basics" here. We found our crib at Babies R Us and a few other essentials. Talk about an overwhelming store to shop in! It was huge!

The Sweetpeace can also be found at Babies R Us and other stores, but Sears will ship it to us for $14.50 and the other stores want a lot more than that for shipping (Babies R Us wants over $100!)

We would love to have Sophie sleep in our room next to our bed for at least the first few weeks. In addition, we'd like to have a travel crib for use in the first year. Baby Supermarket is the only store that has the rittenhouse pattern we like. They don't ship to APO so you'd either have to ship it to yourself and then re-ship it to us using USPS or ship it to our parents' house and they will get it to us.
