I never knew being a Dad would be so amazing. At first you're a little concerned if this was a good move. You're forced to wake up every 3-4 hours, you live in a fog, your wife's body is different, in my case my body was different (with Hailey, I gained like 20 pounds.) But then it starts happening. It smiles at you. It laughs at you, eventually it learns to give little kisses and hugs. Then one day you come home and you hear the most amazing words ever, "Daddy, you're home" and that's said while your child runs across the house to give you a big hug and kiss. We're having another baby. Of course that means a little more work but it also means alot more love. I cannot wait!
Jack is currently serving in two roles. He's working at a local Starbuck's as a shift supervisor. He's been asked to enter the managment training program in January. In addition, Jack is serving at Lake Pointe Church as the Director of Worship and the Arts. What a great combination, worship and coffee!
