Evija receives her first gift from Santa
Evija's first holiday season was very special. She started the celebrating early with a children's Christmas party at poppy's work, had a delicious Christmas eve dinner with the Leiros, and spent her first Christmas morning opening gifts with momma and poppy at home.

Evija enjoyed her first Thanksgiving with Grandma Vivian, momma and poppy. Poppy cooked a delicious meal for the family, and we all celebrated by taking a nap!

Our little duckie
Evija decided she wanted to be a duck for her first Halloween. She was a little too young to go out trick-or-treating herself, but enjoyed handing out candy with Grandpa Mike and Grandma Linda.

Evija with Godparents Brigita and David
Evija's baptism was a beautiful event held at Corpus Christi Catholic Church in our neighborhood. Father Basil conducted a warm, touching ceremony for our small group, which Evija seemed to enjoy (even the water poured on her head!). We had a fun party at the house afterwards, and managed to squeeze all 14 of us on the deck for lunch.
We hope that Evija's wonderful Godparents Brigita and David, and all of our friends and family, will be available throughout Evija's life to help love, support and guide her. We hope that every so often you'll take the time to remind her how precious she is and, truly, what a gift from God she is.

Baby Plummer's many well wishes
Brigita and Rachael hosted a fun-filled, couples baby shower in our new home. We ate delicious food, played fun games, and had the chance to visit with friends and family before the "big day." | |
