Hi!
Christmas was so much fun. Only 364 days until next Christmas, I am counting!
My Christmas started two weeks ago on the 12th of December in Sunriver. My aunties and uncles all rented a home so we could all be together! Since my cousin Bayli and I came along, it would have been quite the tight fit at Grandmas house this year. Grandma and Papa brought a Christmas tree that had really pretty lights all over it, and decorated it for us kids. I wanted to help decorate too, but I am barely taller than the tree stand! Maybe next year. During this trip, we also had the first snow of the year! The snow started on Friday and by the time we left on Sunday, there was over a foot. This was only the beginning of the storm!
I am sad to say that my great sleeping pattern was thrown off this weekend. I could hear everyone having so much fun downstairs and playing without me, that I decided to cry, and cry, and cry until Mom and Dad came back to get me. All I wanted was to have a glass of wine and play games too! Just kidding- I meant milk.
The next morning, after breakfast- SANTA CLAUS CAME!!! He walked in with his big red suit and a bag full of presents. I liked Santa! I tried to pull off his beard .. I had to make sure he was the real one!!! He was very jolly and gave me a candy cane- I like candy canes. What a great weekend that was.
On Christmas Day, my Grandma and Grandpas came over and we all had a wonderful breakfast of biscuits and gravy specially made by Daddy. We cuddled, drank bottles, played peek-a-boo, and then opened presents! Santa gave me a pink train with white wheels and a Gloworm. He also filled my stocking with lots of rattles... he knows I like to chew on them!
My favorite part was spending time with my Grandmas and Grandpas, and Great Grandma!!!! But I must say, playing with the bows was pretty exciting too. At then end of the day, I was pretty tuckered out.
Mommy and Daddy posted lots of Christmas pictures for you to see. Happy New Year!
Love,
Annie
